Does the media portray the victims of hurricane Katrina properly ?
If a person had a flood in their home, we have been told to go to 24 HOUR Fire Water Damage - they (Adjusters Reference Manual) can give them a list of good Water Out company’s that should be able to respond night or day… and they should be able to help them with their problem… of couse, call your insurance company first… of course

The number of health applications for green tea continues to increase; the antioxidant properties (and a host of others) of green tea are becoming well known around the world, especially in the diet and health markets. Using green tea weight loss products to burn off extra calories is claimed to be the most natural method and you won’t find a better source; one which can be purchased in liquid form, taken as tablets and even drunk as normal tea.
The affect on the human metabolism is quite amazing as it actually slows down the process of aging if used over a long period by aiding cell regeneration. With weight loss however, both the laxative effects and anti-oxidant abilities are used to help improve the metabolism. To help stop fatty tissue from forming, products using it increase the number of calories we burn by speeding our normal metabolic rate.
The wonders of green tea weight loss health products will not work alone and require the commitment of the user to exercise and eat healthily. Many people seem to think that its use will solve all their weight problems but the fact you are taking the product implies you are trying to improve your health by eating more healthily.
If you use green tea as a drink then the best time to take this is just before you retire for the night. Weight loss products containing this product can take some getting used too and often there may be some bowel irritation for a couple of days but it will pass. Such green tea weight loss effects are normal, particularly if you haven’t used the plant before as the body adjusts to the accelerated metabolism that eliminates the toxins much faster, before they pass into the blood. If you maintain other parts of your diet; exercise, plenty of liquids and vegetables, results of using it can be seen within a week.
One very successful combination of green tea products is that which includes ginseng root extract. Considered to be the root of life in China and Tibet, ginseng root brings the vitamin and mineral supplement the body needs during a detoxification period.
Ginseng is a valuable source of energy when added to green tea products especially noticeable when a person is trying to lose weight and it helps improve the immune system during a difficult time. People can use ginseng and tea tree combined for extended periods of six months without any side-effects becoming apparent so they are extremely safe to use.

I get my news almost exlusively from the internet. More specifically, I check drudgereport.com almost daily… I check espn.com for sports scores…
But, I still see people sitting at coffee houses reading these huge poster sized, black and white things called newspapers… they sit there reading yesterdays news… they are enthralled by what happened yesterday… they can’t get enough… then, later that day, when they bump into me, they say “hey, can you believe that JImmy said that?” and my response is always “you mean yesterday ? oh yeah, I seem to remember reading something about that yesterday”
I just can’t understand it…

Which wing do you think the media really swings ?
Right or Left ?
Or do you care ?
Or is all media unique… does the media have a responsibility to not swing to the right or to the left ?
Just wondering…
